The Century City Arts Foundation is a tax-exempt 501(c)3 non-profit organization under the U.S. Internal Revenue Code, aimed at furthering the Art Council’s mission through tax-effective fundraising, sponsorships and donations.

One of the main goals of the Foundation is to build a permanent endowment with a view to funding further art events, installations and purchases, art education, philanthropy and advocacy, and in general, active participation in the art community.

The Foundation’s many individual and institutional sponsors have made it possible for the Arts Council to install 20 public art works by ten renowned sculptors across Century City, in an exhibition which lasted over one year, “Century City Sculpture 2015-2016”. One sculpture was acquired by one of the major office towers and stands in front of its entrance as a testimony to the success of our mission.

The Foundation’s Executive Board includes co-founder Jean Tardy-Vallernaud as President and Treasurer; co-founder David Berardo, Partner of the law firm of DiMascio & Berardo as Secretary and Assistant Treasurer; and Director Michael Heumann, prominent independent art attorney, former managing partner of the law firm of Nossaman LLP.
